Brian is also a licensed Professional Engineer, so you won't have to work with two different professionals on two different timelines - a one stop shop. He personally handles all design and permitting, providing you with a signed and sealed set of drawings to the level of detail you need and want; and he works with the customers architects and designers to help you insure that your project meets your scope, schedule, and budget goals.
