I've renovated two historic houses and Richard has worked on both. He rebuilt a rear addition for my former house that included a screen porch with a bay. It was a challenging narrow lot and it came out looking fantastic. I've since sold the house and the new owners love it and report it is holding up well.
The house I currently live in had extensive termite damage to the point of almost being a tear-down and Richard has been great with working with me as I incrementally repair and improve the property. It is a project that will take me several years and is sometimes paycheck to paycheck. When I first bought the house I had lost Richard's number and hiring another contractor set me back tremendously, as what they built would have fallen apart in five years.
