Reroof America Contractors LA LLC

Our 2  year old roof started leaking which resulted in pealing paint on ceilings. I called Reroof America and somebody came out to look at the problem. He came back with a ladder to go on the roof and concluded that he would come back with somebody who has knowledge about dormers. After numerous calls, most of which were not answered or returned, we have not had an opportunity to talk to them again,let alone having them come out to correct the problem. Since the warranty was only for one year we were prepared to pay for the necessary work. However, we had to get another roofing contractor to look at our problem and we decided to hire this company at considerable cost. Apparently shoddy work was done resulting in leaks after such a short time. A super frustrating experience to deal with this company the last couple of months. I would never recommend Reroof America to anybody.

They did this job in one day worth of work. They were always communicative. You will get good work. I now have a beautiful roof.

They worked extremely hard in extreme heat. They finished the job in one day, even though they were cleaning up in the dark!

Did not stick to scheduled start date as planned. Started work four days after scheduled date. Continued to make excues why work was not started as planned.

This roof is supposed to be hurricane proof up to 160 miles an hour. They were very good. They were more expensive, but I haven't had any problem with it and we've had hail twice. It looked just like the day they've put it on. The man that came out was very nice and they had it done in one day. The only thing that we've had a slight problem is they didn't clean up as well as they said they were going to. And the guy guaranteed us that they were going to do it. He came back because he didn't collect all his money, and by then we had finished cleaning up the yard and we handed him a bag of roofing nails and he just looked at us like, where did these come from, it looked like they've missed a whole section. So he apologized and said that he was going to get his crew with the bag of nails. He was very nice and they did a good job.

I was referred to Reroof America by a reliable source. They were professional, timely, easy to work with, and completed the work in about a half day. Would be happy to use their serfices again in the future.

He did an excellent job. Everything was like he said it would be. The fellow we dealt with was David Hestor. He came by and checked how everything was going, and if the roof had a leak or anything. Everything was fine. He has worked on another house in the neighborhood. The lady feels the same way as I do. He gave us an excellent service. He listed the contract and everything that had to be done. The cost was covered by my insurance. Everything is holding up fine. He gave us a warranty. They did an excellent job. They were working constantly. All around the house, we didn't find any mess when they left and cleaned everything up. Everything is in really good shape. They did all the paperwork to get the check; I didn't have to go there. They did some extra stuff, but they didn't charge anything extra. They worked two days to finish the work.
