Horrible. We scheduled a service call on May 31st, 2022. The tech that was sent out was supposed to check the air ducts integrity (for leaks) which was not done. The tech did not have the appropriate tools to check duct leaks. The tech inspected the AC condenser's overall integrity and cleaned the unit. The tech mentioned that everything on the outside looked good and verified refrigerant agent levels were okay. The tech also replaced the capacitor per their recommendation. I spent $560.00 for the service call. TWO days later we found the AC unit's pipe line frozen. Verified with a second opinion that AC unit coils have a leak and that the unit must be replaced. We did not have any issues with our ac system prior service with this company.

Rashad contacted me promptly to learn about the issues I was having and schedule a visit. He was polite and knowledable. We scheduled a day for him to come out and he offered me some advice about things I could do in the meantime. He arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection. My unit was working fine and he explained why I was seeing the issues that I was. Overall I was extremely impressed by this young man. Super polite, respectable, responsible, knowledgeable. I was happy to give him my business and would certainly recommend them. I will definitely use them in the future.

Rashad responded to my request for service within minutes. He arrived within two hours, earlier than his estimated time. the work was completed within three hours of my request for service. Rashad explained the problem and solution in detail and gave me a price before starting the work. the work was completed in a professional and timely manner at a very reasonable price. I'm very satisfied, highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Rashad and his services. He was an absolute joy to work with, he was on time, professional and completed the job in less time and for a lower cost than a much larger company that I also contacted. He diagnosed the problem quickly, found the part needed and installed it on a Saturday and did not charge me for overtime. Absolutely wonderful. I am already planning to hire him again for another service in a few months.

Top-notch professional service. Came the same day, at exactly the appointed time. Was clearly knowledgeable and got my AC back up and running right away, and also checked our freon levels, for just the cost of a service visit. What a contrast to previous AC service I've had! I will be using Rashad's exclusively from now on.
