Description of Work: Originally hired for $175 to move me, Mr. Ralph completed more than I ever expected. He unpacked me and assisted with putting everything in its place. He hauled 3 loads of trash to the dump. He hung my ceiling fans and installed my light fixtures. He secured, painted and refinished my front deck. He repaired damaged ceiling by repairing the sheetrock and painting the ceiling in my bathroom and living room. He stopped a leak under the kitchen cabinet and secured my electrical box. When he noticed the paint smudge against my pants from the deck railings, he repainted with an exterior latex paint that does not smudge. He created a garden and has maintained my lawn ever since I've been in my new location. He and his helper doesn't socialize much. They bring their lunch an I'll offer drinks or water.
