They were aware that the contractor did not installed the floor properly because he did not acclimate the wood, Pro source did nothing to repair or replaced the buckling floors.

He had the nerve to tell me that the mat to the carpet was laid flat all to the bottom of my feet.

When my order was received, the wood was short ordered and there was an excess of the T-Molding. The employee that I gave my specifics to, did the calculations wrong and when he re-ordered my materials, he re-ordered the wrong product. I brought this mistake to the manager and he tried to make me pay for the mistake, saying that was my fault. Luckily, the employee eventually owned up to the mistake and the right product was finally ordered. This company stood out to me because they have plenty of high quality products to choose from in their store.
