Excellent experience from start to finish! I contacted Priority Roofing along with other roofing contractors after receiving a suggestion to have a Fortified roof replacement. I had to inquire what exactly a Fortified Roof was. Priority Roofing (Tim Curry) was the company that kept in touch with me through the entire process; answering questions, providing information and following up to see if there was anything they could do to help me during the process. They relieved a lot of stress through regular communication; calls, text messages and emails keeping me updated, informed and on track. There was never a delay and Tim was always quick to respond and follow up. Once the roof was installed, Priority Roofing (Tim) made sure I was aware of the steps and time line to receive the Certification documentation. Once the certificate was ready, Tim emailed it to me and sent me a text so that I would know. The result is a beautiful Certified Fortified roof. I really can’t thank them enough and wish I could give a much higher rating.

Every point of contact was professional and efficient. They cane out to instal vents for my attic and did a great job. The price was decent and they completed it in a timely manner.

Excellent experience with Priority Roofing! They were supportive with everything from insurance claim on, and got me in their schedule quickly for roof replacement. Sean was a wealth of information pertaining to my many questions about pros and cons of roof types and work involved. Tim was 'on call' whenever I had any questions and made sure everything went smoothly, keeping in contact throughout the process start to finish. Jose led the team and was fantastic -- communicating clearly about every aspect and checking with me before they made any moves we hadn't discussed - extremely professional and thorough and altogether exceptional work. Any issues that arose were dealt with rapidly, and they went above and beyond for every aspect of the job. The whole company was immaculately responsive throughout the entire process and I can't recommend them enough.
