It was a little bit of a bumpy ride. He would come at different times each day but the job got done. In the end we were pretty satisfied with the work.

Their products and knowledge are excellent.  The workmanship is excellent.  They did a good job and then at the end there was just one small but important item that needed to be finished, and the manager could never manage to send anyone to do it, inspite of my calling and begging him for weeks to finish up this small item, he never responded and it never got finished until months later when I finally gave up and hired someone else to do it.

They did an excellent job under difficult conditions, had to work around plumbing delays and carpentry problems.  They actually had to build the shower, not just tile it, and there was a long delay waiting for plumbing to get finished, but they were patient and came back several times, but they kept their costs as estimated.

The estimate was given and the floor installed. The bill came in more than double the estimate. I split the difference but did not pay the full amount of the actual bill. The floor was glued in place but the glue did not hold and the floor started coming loose. When I asked for the floor to be fixed they refused service until I paid the difference which we had never agreed upon. We did not pay the difference and found a different outfit to fix the floor.

The job went VERY WELL. The materials were what we ordered and the installation was completed as scheduled and in a timely manner. After 1 year everything still looks great.
