Needed help because the door was not closing properly. Kris Steward came within 2 hours of my call. Very nicely and informative.

Andrew showed up to fix an issue with our garage door. He was polite and courteous and worked to get us fixed. We had faulty wiring preventing our garage door opener from working properly and he was able to troubleshoot it quickly and make the necessary changes to the wires so they could work. He also fixed a small gap in the door because the arm was too high so it prevented the door from staying flush against the frame. Wonderful technician you have there - keep him happy ;) He is definitely a fantastic employee and a great representative of the company.

I had an exceptional experience with Precision Garage Doors New Orleans. I had to call for repairs because my garage door wouldn’t go up, and it turned out to be a broken spring. What made the experience so great was that Derek and Brandon were able to complete the repairs immediately. All parts needed to complete the job were on the truck which made this process absolutely seamless. Scheduling was also simple and convenient. I appreciated receiving information about exactly which technician would be coming, along with their photo and a short bio—it made the process feel very transparent and professional. Derek and Brandon were upfront about pricing, with no hidden fees, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood all my options. They went above and beyond to help me find the most affordable solution without compromising quality. Both technicians were fast, thorough, professional, and kind. I felt completely confident in their work and never once felt taken advantage of. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this level of service deserves recognition. I am very grateful for the help I received and would recommend Precision Garage Doors New Orleans without hesitation. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had and am incredibly grateful. Keep doing what your doing!!

I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife

My Service Tech was on time and very professional. He submitted a quote and for the repair I needed was the best price. An earlier company quoted that the job required 2.5 hours and Precision quoted 30 minutes and could do the job right now. Other company couldnâ t schedule until a later date. I accepted the quote from Precision and the work was done to my satisfaction. When I need any garage work in the future Precision is my go to company.
