Description of Work: Excellent piano tuner. Price was higher than what I have paid before but the piano had not been tuned for a few years and she was here for a couple of hours. It's still sounds very good .

 + -1 moreMs. Miles is a consummate professional - from communication, scheduling, and especially her dedicated and expert piano service. She was resourceful with a tricky mechanical problem and patient with the piano -- and me. She devoted an entire afternoon to solving a sticking key issue and then tuning my elderly Mason & Hamlin grand. The piano had just been moved cross-country, so it needed some attention. It sounds fabulous now!! I'm confident that my cherished piano is in Poppy Miles' hands.
