The dealership owners are proud to have been a major part in the water purification business and servicing the greater New Orleans area (and South East Louisiana) since 2001. We also cover Mississippi Gulf Coast area. We service and install all Kinetico water purification equipment. We also offer generous trade-in allowances for Kinetico equipment upgrades, and for replacing other manufacturers' water equipment with Kinetico's excellent and highly dependable equipment.

The process to install the water system was an all-day event. The technicians were punctual, respectful and detailed. The installation was done without a hitch and the work was so professional. The holes were drilled into the cabinetry between sink and the refrigerator were small and sealed once the work was completed. Same for the pipes from the outside that went into our laundry room. I was completely impressed with the entire team.
They followed up with us after the installation to make sure were satisfied with their work. In fact, I had an issue with the bypass filter we purchased for our refrigerator and they were kind enough to come out and check the system to see why it was not working. Apparently, the nozzle had been turned off and was the reason the water was not flowing to our refrigerator. There was no charge for this visit.
Overall, we have been so pleased and have no regrets about having installed the water system. We highly recommend doing it for your home, and having New Orleans Water System do the work. You could not get a better, more conscientious, and kinder group of people.
