Felt a little uneasy. Hard to find location. Office was pretty cramped and junky. I felt that I got a fair price for my gold, but was taken advantage of on my silver. The provider did not want to take the time to go through each piece and just offered a really "low ball" price for all. Part of the problem was caused by me not knowing all of the facts on the value of silver. So, if you use this provider, just make sure you know all of the facts about your merchandise before you go.
