Teresa M was SOOOO helpful. She called us back with every little detail. They use a 3rd party installer - he was able to come and deauthorize our previous monitoring system and redirect to Monitored Systems. He was here for over an hour, but only charged us for an hour of work.
Teresa was awesome - our previous provider had made us purchase a new cell monitor device, which I wasn't willing to do again. She called all companies and did all of the leg work to make sure we could integrate with their system. It's amazing how a call back and a little attention from a company makes your experience so great!
Would highly highly recommend. Feels great to have such a competent company monitoring the security of my house for the same price as many other incompetent companies!!!

She explained the situation and the operator immediately called for an ambulance. They checked her and took her vitals.
She had severe hip/leg pain and was taken to the hospital. She arrived in the Emergency Room and the next day had leg surgery.
She is currently having physical therapy and home health.
For an older or needy person living at home, this service is a life saver. She has probably used the service about 7-8 times. She also has her home alarm system with Monitored Systems.
Wearing the safety button on your wrist or arround your neck makes it easy to press for assistance. I can't imagine walking in to a home and finding an elderly person just lying there for days there because they could not get to a phone.
I am very grateful and highly recommend Monitored Systems......they are both efficient and caring.
