Real person answered phone. Took details of need. Promised to check availability and get back to me in minutes, and did. Agreed on scheduled time and was punctual. kept me apprised of ETA. Helped me push car out of difficult garage stall. Was careful and respectful of the classic auto. Courteous, respectful, professional. Discount for Angie's list.

It was excellent. He was an extremely personable friendly gentlemen, and so was his other employee that was with him.  They called to update us as to their arrival time, because we had informed them we had a small child with us they hurried to get to us and continued to update us every few miles how close they were.  Once they arrived they were extremely professional and very courteous.  They took the car seat from our car and  installed it in the back of the cab of their truck.  The back of the truck is very roomy and could seat 4 people if necessary.  The head driver told us he purchased such a large truck to accomodate families who may have broken down, Nice!!  The driver was so polite and asked us what music we wanted and gave us a lot of choices and we all settled on Brass Bands.  So we got to have a great musical discussion all they way across the lake to Mandeville as it turned out on of the drivers is a professional musician.  They even dropped us at our house which wasn't realy on teh way and they towed the car to the mechanic without us.  
These guys were awesome.  Friendly, professional, courteous, got the job done quickly and with no trouble.  They even graciously took the route suggestion my husband offered.  
DEFINITELY calling these guys if I ever get in a jam again.
