Dawn was very warm and friendly and gave me an appointment for the very next morning. Dax and Cody arrived on time and they too were very pleasant:-) They answered all of my questions and helped me understand the issues with my unit. A nice company to deal with!

Can't say enough good things about this company. Our central air went down, and Louisiana HVAC was the only service that would come out on the same day. We needed a new part, as it turned out, but Dax was able to perform a temporary fix, which held up perfectly. Two days later, he was back with the part. Had it fixed within an hour, and the price was reasonable. Dawn kept us updated throughout the entire process. If we need service again, we are definitely calling them first.

The service was excellent. He initially tried to save the coil by cleaning it but then when we realized the cleaning didn't work that's when we decided to have it replaced.

It went extremely well. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to evaluate the problem. He arrived on Monday morning and the problem was repaired within the hour. Not only did he repair the problem he did additional maintenance on the unit. I will be calling again for the yearly maintenance check.

LA HVAC is very responsive. They replaced my unit before other companies even gave me a quote. The price is fair and competitive. Replacing units are expensive and unavoidable but they do come with standard warranties.

I woke up this morning and it was 87 degrees upstairs! I called Louisiana HVAC, Inc. at 8:15 to see if anyone could come out today or tomorrow. I was told Dax had a tight schedule, but would squeeze me in if possible. By noon, I had a 1 pm appointment. After arriving on time, the issue was quickly identified and resolved! Besides being polite and prompt, Dax is honest. The problem with the unit I called about was the filter! We made the mistake of purchasing one of the ultimate... filters which works the AC too hard! Instead of giving me some other 'problem' and overcharging me, he removed the filter, and serviced another unit I was planning to get around to later this summer. I can't recommend this company highly enough. If we have any other issues, I know who we'll call.
