Awful service, rude locksmith. Both the man I spoke with on the phone and the agent who came to unlock my car seemed to know NOTHING about the city of New Orleans. I had to repeat directions to the car several times over the phone to a man who seemed rushed to get rid of me. Then the business called me EVERY 15 MINUTES for an hour to try to confirm that I would be there. After all that, the agent was late, and after calling two more times to get the address I had repeatedly provided, he found my car and proceeded to provide the worst service I've ever had. On top of that, I was misinformed of the price over the phone (I was told $55 for 10 seconds work to get my car door open when the agent said it was $59 plus tax) and this only made him angry at me. He dropped my cash on his car seat to count it, then told me it wasn't enough, then shut his van door in my face to call in my card number. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you DO NOT use this business.
