Description of Work: cleaned thin silk jacket. It went ok, though I had to toss the jacket afterwards. I don't think it was their fault, the jacket was old and fragile.

 + -1 moreJacket had a stain which was not removed at first, but they took it back and did an excellent job of removing it. This stain had been on the collar for many months, so it needed special attention and they gave it. The shirts were rather expensive to launder (over $3/each) which is why I rate their prices just fair.
Description of Work: Dry cleaned one jacket and laundered three shirts.
