It was fine. I found out later there is one on Prytania, much closer to where I live, so I would go there instead.

Jacket had a stain which was not removed at first, but they took it back and did an excellent job of removing it. This stain had been on the collar for many months, so it needed special attention and they gave it. The shirts were rather expensive to launder (over $3/each) which is why I rate their prices just fair.
