They told me that it was a leaking power steering pump so I let them fix it. Leaks continued so I took it back in. They had mot correctly tightened a hose clamp and as I was driving it to their shop the hose came off completely and sprayed fluid all over the engine compartment. Also, my coolant level gauge, which was previously working fine, was now indicating that my engine coolant was low. They fixed the hose clamp problem and topped-off the power steering fluid. Still leaking. Took it back and this time they said that it was a leaking power steering hose and wanted $375 to repair it. I decided to repair it myself and ordered the part online. As I was going to jack up the car to make the repair I noticed that they had badly damaged the lower trim on the passenger side of the car by not correctly placing the lifting points under the car when they put it up on the lift. I did not notice the damage until several days later so it was too late to accuse them of causing the problem but they most certainly did it. They bent the metal under the trim so the trim will not go back in place without body work. It is several hundred dollars worth of damage to me Cadillac Deville.

Everyone in my family has used them for our tires and general auto needs- brakes,batteries, oil changes and such. Regardless of the problem they are usually our first stop. Mr. LEWIS IS VERY KNOWledgable AND IS THE COMPETENT, fair, mechanic every car owner/family needs to know. If you own a car I highly recommend you get to know him soon.

It is very convenient for that neighborhood and the employees are very personable and friendly. It is easy to find and the service is adequate; they missed something basic like checking my tire pressure; which is not a big deal, but I was surprised that they did not catch it the first time because it was so basic. I also thought the tire I bought was overpriced but I will use them again in the future.
