 + -1 moreInitially, the property manager came to my home to discuss listing my rentall on the day I contacted him which was great. This was the only favorable service during my relationship with this firm. The propert manager failed to consitently communicate with me and I had to call him personally for updates, although I asked for weekly updates. The PM kpt all the lights on all the tume even when the property wasnt being showed, which caused a safety concern for my neighbor who was watching my property.My nneighbors thought someone was in the property at night because all the lights were on. I received several calls from concerned neighbors. Worse was the PM failed to communicate with the propective tenant, failed to arrive at a scheduled inspection, which caused unneccassary delays. End result was I lost 7 days of rental payments, tons of aggravation, and a really bad taste for this firm. Will not refer or use aga
