Went great. Serviceman was prompt and professional. He wen the extra mile when (as far as I could tell), it wouldn't really get him more money. Appeared to be a flat rate for the service call. He fixed the immediate problem (broken chain) and replaced the bracket and moved the entire opener so that it was in a better position to support the door. Price was less than I expected and now our garage door is set to be prblem free for a while longer. Only downside was that the lady who answered the phone when I made the appointment was a bit cold - almost seemed annoyed with my call, but may have a been a busy time when I caught her.
