Very difficult to schedule service. Had to make many calls just to arrange first appointment. First appointment (diagnostic fee, not deposit of $100) took place one week prior to thanksgiving 2015. Part had to be ordered. Was given estimate of $189 for part plus labor. Wrong part was ordered. Had to be reordered. Didn't return to complete repair until Christmas Eve and then on repair day informed me that part was actually going to be $350 plus labor.
