 + -1 moreDarrell Jones found that my old condenser had a leak which allowed all the freon to escape. He assured me that there were no other leaks. Only three days after installation I noticed the system was no longer cooling properly. I called Jones then and continued to call him during the next 6 months. He has never returned a call. The system had completely stopped cooling after two weeks. The system still does not work and I have still not seen or heard from Darrell Jones.
Description of Work: Darrell Jones inspected by AC system and recommended a new condenser unit. He seemed to be a nice trustworthy guy and seemed to know what he was doing. He installed a new 4 ton unit and installed an additional vent in one room. He was paid in full upon completion of the work. The system then worked fine for two days.
