We have a relatively small budget for a house we would like to call home and we weren't exactly sure of which part of New Orleans or what we want or like in a house (which means little commission and time consuming client for a realtor). When we reached out to Kara, she did not mind AT ALL! She treated us with the utmost profession care throughout the entire time. She began by helping us locked down a few areas with her extensive knowledge of and about New Orleans neighborhoods. She listens and understands us  so well! She is so respectful of our opinion but also gave us genuine and generous professional advice (which turns out to be right every single time!) :)
Kara and her team are the friendliest, the most patient, and the most pleasant buyer's agent that you would like by your side at showings. We probably broke the record for the "most houses seen." Yet Kara still encouraged us to view more properties and explore our options before "settling down." SHE TRULY WANTS TO HELP YOU FIND A HOME. We were interested in and went to see many many many properties. But Kara and her team greeted us at every single showing with the sweetest smile and the most relevant and useful information. We can not ask for more. 
Kara is so great at what she does. She handled all the daunting paperwork for a buyer in the most organized and efficient way. She is so good at negotiating the best price and will go to war for you if she has to. She also keeps you in the loop of what's going on and will update you with the latest news immediately. Dealing with a bank owned property is extremely difficult, but with her help we got our dream home, with lots of ups and downs of course. For example: the sellers agent got the titling company mixed up and she had to drove out of town to drop off our deposits twice; she had to schedule a HVAC guy last minute the same day we did our home inspection and stayed with us until all the inspections/ estimates are done; the sellers backed out one hour before closing but she managed to work her magic and got us the deal the same day; and the list goes on. Countless times, she bends over backwards for us, all because she loves what she does and she loves helping people! We would not have find our perfect home if it weren't for her.

She will be our next seller's agent, buyer's agent, friend, and etc....We truly believe that Kara is a great realtor and a great person, and that she choose to be a realtor to help people come home to New Orleans. This two year search was stressful and discouraging, but throughout one disappointment after another, Kara remained upbeat, and always positive.   I expected a great deal of the time for Kara to suggest that I find another agent.   She did not.   She never made me feel like I was imposing.   Her patience and tenacity on my behalf were exemplary.  Her knowledge of each deal's particulars was impressive.  Her responsiveness with comps, area statistics and applicable documents was flawless.  Her knowledge of the areas and the market were amazing.







When I finally took possession of this $50,000 wonder, I received a basket full of congratulatory goodies.   Totally unexpected, but that's Kara.   Treat all people as if they are your most appreciated client.  I will forever be grateful that I had the opportunity to meet Kara and her lovely associates who assisted me when Kara could not.  I was never let down by them.

Kara did an outstanding job.  Kara was referred to us, by a Great Landscaping company  -before we entered into contract with her she did a quick yet detailed assessment of the property, the location, and the flood plan, so that we, the seller could be knowledgeable as we prepared the property for sale.  Kara and her assistant, Marystasia's dedication to the details, extreme professionalism, on time and clear communication were Outstanding - what makes this so very IMPORTANT is we were selling from another state so Kara became our eyes and ears the entire time.  When you are buying or selling a property Kara Brieithaup, of Realty Executives, is the Realtor team to call. Kara is great! She really listened to everything I wanted and was always available to answer questions for me. She bent over backwards to find solutions to problems and worked great with the seller to make sure everything in our transaction went smoothly and was handled. Our closing went flawlessly and she was there every step of the way. I never felt pushed in any direction but she was always willing to offer guidance when I asked for it. Not only is she fantastic at getting things done, she's also one of the most cheerful and fun people to be around! I know she was insanely busy closing on a lot of properties and working with a ton of clients but I never felt like I wasn't her first priority. She is the only one in the entire process that performed consistently and without error. I knew I could count on her every step of the way. I really enjoyed working with her and would do it again without question.

She was there when I needed her to be and worked within my schedule (which is saying something because my schedule is pretty hectic). Kara was very patient in helping me understand the inspections, insurance, bidding process, escrow, and the rest of that rigmarole. Even though she's young, Kara is incredibly knowledgeable--not to mention professional.  We looked at spots all around Greater New Orleans that met the criteria we gave Kara, and even though in the end my wife and I decided we should wait for a little while to buy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kara to friends. When we start looking again Kara will definitely be the first person I call.
