The owner of the company is bi-lingual and he has a Honduran crew. They have a small crew but different people have different expertise, like expertise in tile and granite, plumbing, electrical, painting for the interior and exterior, ripping down the walls, house razing and elevating the house. They have three major carpenters who basically do tape and float, and trimming. They worked with me in ways where I could do something more cheaply, and not cut corners exactly. I was going really expensive with tiles and Jose even advised me that I could get nice tiles for a better price. I noticed that they had forgotten to paint an ornamental strip and they just came back and did it for me. They even hung pictures for me which they didn?t have to do. They were always on time, and sometimes were earlier than I liked them to be. The workers were very professional, including Jose who could be a little manic sometimes. My overall experience was excellent. They were so good to work with and were so reasonable that I am thinking about actually buying some properties now and having them work on them.
