DO NOT use Jefferson Appliance for repair for anything. Not only are the unreasonably priced, they are unprofessional, and EXTREMELY rude. These people do bad business.
I submitted a request on their website. I was told that someone would be there between 8 and 2 the next day. I arranged for someone to be at my home , and no one came in that time. The repairman, who was nice enough, showed up finally at 5:30, took one look at my washing machine and told me he didn't have the parts with him, nor did he have a socket wrench with him, and that he'd have to come back the next morning. I'm not a repair person, but I would think that is a pretty standard tool. The man told me he'd be back the next morning and did not return until the next afternoon. Another day wasted waiting for them.
The final bill seemed pretty high, so I wanted to know what I paid for. I called and was referred to Leo, who assured me he'd look into it and return my call. A week has passed with no return, so I decided to call back. I just got off the phone with Leo, he was INCREDIBLY rude and insulting to me. He basically told me that everything goes, "by a book" but still did not tell me what I paid for beyond that it was some kind of coupling part. He told me that the conversation was over, and it didn't matter that I was dissatisfied because the job had been done and HUNG UP on me.
Now, had he have called me back like he assured me he would have, and told me what I paid for, perhaps I'd be more understanding. The fact I had to call back because of his negligence and was then insulted is absolutely uncalled for.
