If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. I am extremely tolerant and have never gone out of my way to write a review for anything, but these guys really pushed me over the edge.
DO NOT use Jefferson Appliance for repair for anything. Not only are the unreasonably priced, they are unprofessional, and EXTREMELY rude. These people do bad business.
I submitted a request on their website. I was told that someone would be there between 8 and 2 the next day. I arranged for someone to be at my home , and no one came in that time. The repairman, who was nice enough, showed up finally at 5:30, took one look at my washing machine and told me he didn't have the parts with him, nor did he have a socket wrench with him, and that he'd have to come back the next morning. I'm not a repair person, but I would think that is a pretty standard tool. The man told me he'd be back the next morning and did not return until the next afternoon. Another day wasted waiting for them. 
The final bill seemed pretty high, so I wanted to know what I paid for. I called and was referred to Leo, who assured me he'd look into it and return my call. A week has passed with no return, so I decided to call back. I just got off the phone with Leo, he was INCREDIBLY rude and insulting to me. He basically told me that everything goes, "by a book" but still did not tell me what I paid for beyond that it was some kind of coupling part. He told me that the conversation was over, and it didn't matter that I was dissatisfied because the job had been done and HUNG UP on me. 
Now, had he have called me back like he assured me he would have, and told me what I paid for, perhaps I'd  be more understanding. The fact I had to call back because of his negligence and was then insulted is absolutely uncalled for.
Do NOT do business with these people.

Called and was set up to have their service person show up between 12 noon and 5 p.m.  He showed up at a little after 6 p.m.  We had given the company the model and the model numbers along with what we thought needed replacing (ignitor for the oven and the board for the refrigerator).  He did not have any parts with him so he set up with my husband for the next day.  My husband explained that Saturdays we have our errands to do and since we waited all afternoon on Friday would he be kind enough to come between 11 a.m. and noon on Saturday.  Well noon arrived and I called him.  He was at his house in Destrahan no where near our home.  Anyway very shoddy service on the time alone and it is depressing relieving these horrible service calls just to warn others.  Thanks Angies List!  I had gotten them last time we had a problem or so I thought when I asked the woman on the phone.  It turned out that it was Accardo's (HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!)

I had them come out to fix my thermador stove which had broken likely because another company had not placed the correct ignition part and more damage was done. While it took a bit to order the parts, the service was very good (Travis). While there repairing the stove, he also looked at one of my refridgerators which broke and I was told I needed a mother board to fix it.  The board was in stock and was replaced in 24 hours. Oddly, my other refridgerator (same brand and size) had the same thing happen to it 3 weeks before and a different company charged me $150 more and took one week to get the part.

I don't even remember what i had them do.  i just know that i had a problem, i called them, they came, they fixed my problem it was a great experiece  i use them all the tim.e.

The young kid who came out was real honest with me.  He was great.  I straightaway asked him if I could replace one of the heating elements myself.  I couldn’t just see how to do the bottom one.  He agreed that I could do it.  He told me he wasn’t going to stop me from watching him.  He was very honest.  He charged me $50.  He was good.  He was fast, efficient, and on time.  I have no complaints about him.  I can’t think of a single bad thing to say about the guy.  I would surely use him again in the future.

We liked them. The pump that they replaced went out again and they are in the process of replacing it again with no hassle. It is a separate icemaker that is not part of the refrigerator. So far it has been a very easy process. We had used them previously to repair a refrigerator because we had a home warranty.

I was satisfied with them. They actually responded to a home warranty claim. They came promptly and fixed everything right away. They were helpful, answered all the questions I had and it was overall a good experience.

The technician came in and went straight to the dishwasher and replaced the part that had been recalled. He cleaned up afterwards and did the job with no problems. There was no money paid as the part was recalled by the manufacturer.

I called Jefferson Appliance after waiting for 4 - 1/2 hours for the Sears repair man to come and evaluate the broken washer. When Sears did not show up I called Jefferson Appliance and was told that they would come on Friday after I was leaving the city. When I told them I would be out of town they said that they would come out late this afternoon. Before they arrived, they called me to tell me they were on their way. I met them at the apartment at 5:30pm. They immediately repaired the stove unit, that he carried in his truck. He took apart the washer and said that it probably could be repaired but the problem was very extensive. The washer barrel had fallen off the shocks and broken and dislodged the springs. He told me he would give me a price to repair it.

The technician was friendly and on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which was that the screws connecting the dryer barrel to the drive train had fallen out. He charged me only a fee for coming out to look a the problem, because he was able to repair it so quickly. While I was only charged a fee for him driving to my location, I thought it was disproportionate to the amount of work that was performed. He performed 10 minutes of work and was paid about $60 or $70. But in all fairness, I knew that there was a minimum charge before he arrived.

Having a broken dryer was a problem; Travis, from Jefferson Appliances, brought the solution!

Great firm to deal with. Arrived on time, worked quickly and tidily, charged a reasonable amount, and the washer is still working.
