I was able to get in touch with Anthony, the owner, immediately by cell. He actually was able to come by earlier than he had estimated, within a couple of hours. He explained the issues well, and got the work done and everything up and working in two or three hours. But, he only charged for 45 minutes of his time, because some of that time was spent picking up parts. His hourly rate is very reasonable and the quality of his work is good. He is a pleasant person as well, and good to do business with. I am extremely pleased.

After speaking with other heating and air companies in the area, I could not get past the less than professional customer service when I just wanted to set up an appointment. So, I couldn't imagine having them actually coming to my home. But, Jack Frost Cooling & Heating was a breath of fresh air. They were professional from the very start and made me feel comfortable about having them do the work. A friend had recommended Jack Frost to us when I told her of the trouble we were having with our old system. As it turned out it was a great decision to use them. I won't ever use anyone else.
