DO NOT USE JLV CONSTRUCTION LLC!! I would not even give them one star. They did really bad construction and completely ripped us off. We had to spend four months correcting all of the code violations and spent over $40K repairing all the major systems (plumbing, electrical, A/C, cabinets, and drywall) that were supposed to be brand new construction on a job that we paid over $100K. We hired a third party inspector and he identified four pages (single spaced without pictures) worth of incorrect construction work and code violations. He said "fire them immediately" and get a lawyer which we did. We also found out that they are running a scam with electrical inspections. The licensed and certified inspector told us the work they did on electrical would cause a fire and burn our house down and that no honest construction contractor would have signed off on closing up the walls. Finally, they told us that all final city inspections were complete. We found out that was a LIE and had to move out, resulting in yet another additional expense. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
