After work began, contractor reported "problems" with the initial work plan not correcting the structural issues. Additional repairs nearly doubled the initial estimate. The work has been described as shoddy and a "hodge-podge of junk" by other inspectors and contractors. Bids to repair what J C Patin messed up and to fix the initial problems they were hired to correct (but never did) are for much less than what I paid J C Patin. I don't know if they simply don't know anything about shoring, or what.
