I called Mr. Salah at the studio and arranged a time to bring the painting into the studio. He did a free assessment and estimate for the work needed. I wanted to get a second opinion, and he provided me with other conservators to consult. I liked his honesty and decided to have the work done. It did take a couple of months to complete, since he said it would need a lining, consolidation of the flaking paint, filling, inpainting and varnish. He called me to arrange a time to pick it up. I was very pleased with the outcome of the painting. It was stunning!
