 + -1 moreMark Segreto runs a first class business, Home Audit Inspections. Calling to schedule an appointment time was a breeze. Mark was prompt, pleasant and professional while spending 4 hours inspecting all aspects of the property. Afterward, he walked around the property with me to point out areas of concern and answer all questions. His report was comprehensive and easy to understand. It was a descriptive assessment (including pictures) with problems highlighted and appropriate fixes suggested. I should also mention that it was delivered by email the same day. If you want peace of mind before buying a home, call Mark.
Description of Work: I contacted Home Audit Inspections for a pre-purchase home inspection. The inspection was very thorough, and the price was extremely reasonable.
