Evidently, Carey is not a well enough trained mechanic to work on anything but new vehicles. I called to get them to perform a wheel alignment on my 2008 tundra. They explained that they don't like to work on any vehicles that have been worked on by anyone else. Sounds like a pretty shady situation over at Harahan Alignment.

Harahan Alignment Co. is a full service alignment and general mechanic shop. I have brought my 1963 show car there for an alignment and the car drives straight as an arrow. The owner is an old school type of guy, he is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what needs to be repaired and what doesn't. He is trust worthy and will not try to make a job larger than what it needs to be. If your car needs a tire alignment or you need general mechanical work done he is the best there is in the New Orleans area. My whole family uses his services and i recommend him to all my friends.

The Toyota dealership quoted me an estimate of somewhere between $600 and $700. I remembered that Mr. Carey at Harahan Alignment had performed work years before on a vehicle that I had previously owned. I called him, he quoted a fair price to me and began working on my car the next morning. The job was completed in about 3 hours. The starter works great! I would highly recommend Harahan Alignment.

My wife ran her wheel up a curb, and the allignment was way out of whack. Had to turn the steering almost a quarter turn to go straight, and we were pretty sure she bent something. Kerry checked it out and had it back in order in half an hour for about $60.

Excellent professional job. Individualized service.. The owner, Kerry Lopez, is an expert at alignments. The shop looks messy but the work is topnotch.
