Welcome to Gulf South Environmental Services Typical mold inspections can fall short leaving you vulnerable to unchecked mold and indoor air quality contamination. That’s why we offer In-Depth Mold Assessments. We’ll examine your property room-by-room to uncover and document visual signs of mold growth, we’ll collect air samples throughout your property as well as outdoor samples to determine elevated mold spore counts that could pose health risks, we’ll find suspicious spots or visible mold and collect surface samples to accurately identify the type of mold present, we’ll inspect your HVAC system, including ducts and filters to identify contaminants circulating through your HVAC system impacting your indoor air quality, we’ll send all collected samples to an independent accredited laboratory for precise analysis to accurately identify mold species and the level of contamination in your samples, as soon as the lab results are returned, we’ll compile a clear and detailed report.

My husband has serious respiratory issues & I have problems with allergies so I had AdvantaClean clean the a/c vents recently. I doubt that the vents had ever been cleaned. It was surprising what came out of the them. We both noticed a marked improvement in our respiratory problems. This time as well as the last time they worked in my house, the guys were knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, & courteous. I wish that all my experiences with having people work in my home were as positive. Guys, you did a great job & I'm going to tell all my friends & family.
