Washington Ave location staff refused to properly refund their charges after previously acknowledging that our correct order was given to them in writing and that the error they made was theirs. They told us that we would be charged for the replacement, but only temporarily, until the refund would be made. They then refunded only 45% of the order, claiming a 65% restocking fee and all of a sudden refusing to acknowledge that the error was theirs and that they had previously acknowledged such. Completely unacceptable way to do business with a long time, repeat customer that gave them ample opportunity to make it right. The way they handled this one will now end up costing them multiples of what they owed us in reputational damage in a small town where people talk when selecting vendors. They have lost more than one longtime customer this way.

Terrible company. Messed up our order, then ignored our emails for 6 weeks, then despite many reassurances that they would help never once let us know what was going on. When I complained I was told "it's a family business and I'm in the family," meaning I was out of luck. Originally I thought they were just incompetent, but the person I dealt with was also dishonest. Avoid at all costs.
