Salesperson came to house to inspect the entire attic area. I showed him an access area that I needed assurance that they could fit into, to spray the roof of the addition to my master suite (an area 16 x 20). He said they could do it. I signed on.
Workers arrived 1/2 day late to start. They forgot equipment and supplies on first day and got off to a late start.
At the end of the first day, I asked if they got the addition sprayed. The lead worker says that he didn't think he could fit in there. I talked to the salesman, who basically didn't want to honor the agreement we made and would deduct $125 for my trouble (for a 16 x 20 area). This did not sit well and I voiced displeasure with the owner (who did not EVER personally visit the site). He agreed to pay to have someone else complete the job. He was shocked to hear the bids were so high to complete the addition area, as his worker told him it was only a very small pocket area (the owner believes the lies of his workers over the customer).
I told the owner I would open up the access area as much as I could (my expense) if they would complete the job. The work was completed at my extra expense and not one apology or regret expressed by the owner of Greenbean. Instead, once he was paid, I was verbally insulted by the owner. They are unprofessional in human relations.
The customer is ALWAYS wrong at Greenbean.
Avoid this company!!!

The installer's had a combined 27 years of experience working with spray foam. Unlike many other forms of insulation, foam is a complicated and technically challenging product to work with. Both their team, and the company owner were polite, professional, and communicative. While their prices are not likely to be the lowest you get, spray foam insulation is not a product where you want to risk a substandard installation. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

They did a good job for me. The work turned out well. The workers didn't say much. They came here did the work and left. They completed the job quickly. They finished in about 2 and a half hours. If I need another insulation job I would call them. The price was an average price. I got what I paid for. They returned my call pretty quick. They showed up exactly on time. They seemed that they new what they were doing. Also they brought enough material.

Filled out on-line form for estimate and was contacted within 24 hours. Kurt came out, explained my options gave a very reasonable estimate. Work was scheduled within a week. The insulation installers had a couple of problems with their equipment which caused them to come back later to finish the job, but they were great about keeping me informed of the situation. Each job took a couple of hours and the workers did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.
