Glenn was great; very friendly and knowledgable. He also came to my house quickly, which was wonderful considering I was stuck in the NOLA summer heat without AC! He was able to fix the problem and trouble shoot a few other issues I was having with my heating and cooling. I have also made plans to have him come back to repair some other issues regarding the duct work in my house.

Glenn has helped me with all my A/C and heating needs for over 10 years. He has always done his best to do the repairs within a short time of me calling him. I have called for pre-season maintenance for a couple of years on my rental property and that has saved me from making further repair calls in the middle of summer. He is willing to work around my tenants schedule and can usually come out the same or next day.

I have used Glenn for years and have always received excellent service. He is honest and reliable. After he installed the A/C unit he asked if it was where I wanted it. When I wanted it moved over about 2 feet he came back and moved it the next morning. He did not ask for even a partial payment until he was sure I was satisfied with the job.
