Mr. Art came when he said he would and he solved a recurring problem we have had--how to maximize the life of the switch for the ceiling fan in our bedroom. By installing a remote control module, we can turn the light and fan on separately or together without pulling the chain that seems to quickly wear out the fan switch. He also did a good job in replacing the light switch and fan switch in our utility room

I live in an old home and I was dreading that I was going to be told that I had to rewire the whole house, for a lot of money I do not have. Mr. Art to my surprise knew what was wrong right away and told me the cost before doing the work. He is nice, professional and gave me great advice about my old house. I also promised to fix my fire alarm he saw that was hanging in the room without batteries (lol) and I did that day.

They were very prompt and reasonable. I would give them an A across the board. They are not a big company but not a mom and pop store either. I would use them again.

Art called ahead of time to confirm appointment. He arrived on time and went right to work. He listened to the description of the problem and provided great feedback on what he thought the problem was (he was correct) and what actions he was taking to fix the problem. He completed all work professionally and most of all, safely. I was more than satisfied with his service and would definitely recommend him to friends and others.
