This job included painting kitchen cabinets, loads of trim, sheet rock tape repair and sanding wood windows and varnishing.

I am looking forward to using Frenchmen House again in the near future. I am very pleased with the job.

We hired Frenchman Painters to completely repaint our entire interior, including ceilings, baseboards, and doors. We had a great experience, they were prompt, friendly, and helped us out when we had difficulty with figuring out if a color would work. Two of the doors are peeling a little bit, which is the only reason I didn't give them an A all the way around. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They were very good. I would give them the best rating. They're very professional. They did an estimate of how long and how much and they gave us a price and they say how long it was going to take for them to do the job, it wasn't a usual job. They did take longer than they said which we knew because the job wasn't what he does the most. We knew it was going to take much longer but they did actually never change the price with their price at that point of the day. They were very professional, they finished the job. They need a pool of guys for taking them so long but they work all the time, we knew it was going to take beyond than what they thought. They did interior painting for all the doors and all the trains but some of the door were in different shapes they need to sand out the paint. They have done a messy paint job before, they did actually repair, they work over most of the doors and then sand them and like take out the paint and paint it all over again. They did an excellent job cleaning up after. They have good knowledge.

Jo Anne and her helper arrived on time and went right to work cutting and measuring wood for shelves and braces.  While Jo Anne was installing the shelves, her assistant completed the electrical task and then returned to assist her.  Almost everything was finished the first day.  Jo Anne returned the next day for a short visit to touch up some of the painting and check for problems. As usual, I was completely satisfied.  The pantry looks great.  She has doubled the amount of shelf space. The outlet works.  And the hood over the stove looks like new.

I liked Jo and she gave a great price. She agreed to start on a particular day and we met a few days earlier to buy the paint. She estimated it would take 5 days to paint the entire house. At the end of day 3, only one room had been painted. She worked nearly around the clock for the next 3 days to finish, so she ended up only being one day late. Fortunately, I included a couple days between when she said she'd finish and our movers, but it caused me a lot of stress. Our carpet installers also had to work around her because she wasn't finished when she said she would be. Her work looks fine. We had to do a few touch-ups ourselves and there are a few mistakes (some paint all along a couple of the baseboards due to misplaced tape and some paint dripped in a few spots), but maybe that's normal. She seemed to be mostly on her own. Each day, she had a different partner helping her. And sometimes she had no one else around. It seemed like a lot for one person to do, and I questioned her about it beforehand. She kept assuring me she'd be done. Even when it was day 4 and she had only painted one room, she said she could finish the whole house in 2 days. She could not, as it turns out. It's not the I wouldn't hire her again, but next time I'd be very clear about her work plan and stay a little more on top of her work.

Joann did an amazing job painting our new home. She met our ridiculous time requirements as we were closing on a house immediately and wanted to have it painted before move in. The work is absolutely beautiful and impeccable and was finished very quickly. Everything was left clean and in order. 

JoAnn and Robert came out the same day to give us an estimate for painting the interior of our rental property. They emailed us a detailed estimate and gave us several options for how we could keep the cost down as we requested. We opted to do some of the work ourselves and they adjusted the price accordingly. They did the work when scheduled and in a very timely fashion. We were not home to supervise them, but left them a key and they worked independently. When we arrived at the house to see the finished product we were pleasantly surprised. The paint looked great...very neat and done with great attention to detail. They offered numerous times to return to the home if there was anything we found that needed touching up etc. I am so glad to have found them and will certainly use them again and recommend their work to family and friends.

It went very smoothly and quickly, given the amount of work involved.  Unbelievably so, given some of the obstacles they encountered.  They both communicate well and kept me in the loop as work progressed.  I really appreciated that.  And the result speaks for itself.  Really handsome bathroom.

Joanne and Robert were fantastic, pleasant and professional from start to finish! Joanne returned my initial call promptly, and was able to meet for an estimate the same day. The estimate was better than others I received, and they didn't try to sell me any extras. Rather than providing a down payment, they had me come with them to purchase paint and supplies, which I felt was extremely reasonable (and allowed me to get their advice on colors). The job was completed right on time and the painting is wonderful- perfect lines, completely smooth, and everything was cleaned up and returned to its original location. I could not be happier and will ABSOLUTELY use them again!
