Heating and Air Conditioning Service
The installation time promised was one month, but it took 2. Two out of 4 units did not work after installation due to defective components installed by French Quarter Refrigeration & Air (Darrell Boch - Owner). Once they were determined to be defective, the owner/installer would not return calls and eventually refused to handle the warranty claim. I had to pay another HVAC professional to come out, diagnose the problem and begin the warranty claim process. I will now have to pay another company to re-install the condensers at a significant cost to me after paying French Quarter Refrigeration & Air to install them in the first place. The owner of the company actually said that I might have sabotaged the units myself. This process was expensive and VERY UNSATISFACTORY!
