They were excellent. The sales representative presented options beyond what we imagined, and really helped us make an informed decision. Most companies have a problem with delivery expectations when it comes to counter tops, but French Quarter had no such problem. They Delivered earlier than they scheduled, and we were very pleased with the time line they gave us. They were also very realistic about the services. Their communication skills aimed to not disappoint any customer. We were in contact with them four times before the counter tops were installed.

One quick tip for the other members, unrelated to the French Quarter Facades, is plan on all cuts ahead of time, and plan for your extra stone. If you wanted to do anything with the excess counter, companies will charge $400 to do any cutting after the job. Takes about three people to lift the cut of stone. If you needed them to pick it up it would have extra cost as well.

Ordered the cabinets on April 12th. Cabinets were installed May 3rd- May 5th. Cabinet installation was done wonderfully Ron was very detail oriented. Nine shelves and finishing pieces were missing. Finally received last remaining shelves June 17th. We originally ordered 2cm Granite, when it came time for installation, the slabs were damaged. Hunter offered 3cm granite in same color for slight additional cost, in order to have installation done sooner. We opted for this, as we did not wish to wait more than a month for counters. When installed, the installers put a silicone filler/grout between all the walls and edges of cabinets. However he missed one small wall. I asked for them come back and was given an excuse about how it was because the tile back splash had to go in first, but it was only one wall that they missed.
It was very frustrating waiting for six weeks for missing shelves, as they were the shelves to the largest cabinets. I was told week after week, and quot;They should be in this week or next.and quot;
I suppose I received everything I paid for, (except for some silicone grout) and most of it was done very well. The installers were all very professional and courteous.
Perhaps someone will be back to finish the counters and quot;this week or next.and quot; At this point, I suppose we will go out and buy the silicone grout ourselves, as I am tired of waiting. I do not wish for food to fall between the wall and the cabinets.

Response from French Quarter Facades
"We were very upset that it took so long to get you the additional shelves as well. We dislike any delay for our customers. That issue has been remedied with that specific vendor. We did need to put extra filler between your walls and the granite countertop where the walls were bellied and bowed. We did that so your tile backsplash would have a firm place to rest that was continuous. We didn't fill any gaps that were less than a 1/16 inch gap because the tiles thickness plus the adhesive would cover that. I am sorry if there is or was any miscommunication or misunderstanding about that. As a small business we strive to make our customer happy and give them more than they pay for. I thank you for your business, it was a pleasure to meet you, your brand new baby, and your husband."

Salesperson, plus the owner, were all good at explaining the positives and negatives of the various stones used for countertops. The showroom has plenty of samples to review. We eventually chose granite. There were no hidden costs. The estimate was what we paid when the job was completed. There are two very good stome companies within a couple of miles of FQF's showroom. We visited both and had plenty of granite, marble and quartz to look at. Once selected, the slab or slabs are tagged with your name and the supplier works with FQF to have your stone delivered to FQF's fabrication shop.
Installation was professional with close attention to detail.

We were pleased with the quality of their work. Generally the job went very smoothly. They had one guy who came in and did the cabinets by himself. He did a very good job. He was very conscientious. He left the place very clean. Then, I had a sub contractor who came in and did the granite counter tops. Overall, the work was very nice. One very minor complaint was that they had to do a splice in the granite and it wasn't the smoothest, I thought it could have been smoother. It is insignificant now because we have lived with it for years with no particular bothers. So, overall we are very pleased with the work and their price.

"Hey ! Give us a call if you need and we'll see if we can make it smoother."
