Excellent! I have no problem at all. I'm all completely satisfied.

Installed termite baits, sprayed for bees, and sprayed the house. They were punctual, friendly, and knowledgable. They found the source of termites and dealt with it after Terminix failed to.

We had a termite contract with Eand G Pest Control since 2004 and we also had to use them frequently for pest control in the last year. The owner and his staff are professional and punctual however, the service is just ok. I have had a moth problem for about a year now and have had them come out repeatedly for the same thing. I get different answers as to the type of moth I have and the follow up from the pest control side of the business is terrible. At least 3 times, they have taken samples of my moth and say they are going to verify the type of moth I have and I have yet to experience follow through from them in this area. Although we have a termite contract with them with baits around the house, the two times we have detected termites has been through our own finding and not theirs. One of the incidents the termites had eaten through our wood on both interior and exterior. With the monthly fee we pay and the people they send out to check the baits, it should have been them to bring this to our attention. Very disappointed

Gary Whelan the owner came to the house even after our contract expired and consulted us on termites. We has a miscommunication with staff on whether the contract was still effective and could have received better service from staff but owner treated the area and was very professional.

I like the owner, Gary. He's really good.

We hadn't had any bugs for a year - I'd let my quarterly service lapse. I just saw some bugs recently, called them, and they came right out. When we first used them we did see a few bugs a few days later. I called to let them know and they came right back out and did an under-house spray which is usually $150 for free just to make sure we were taken care of and happy. They did a very thorough job.

Their prices are very reasonable. The termite control is $425 and the basic spraying for roaches is between $60-70. They are a local family run company. They struggled after Katrina but they were able to come back. They are very reliable and very friendly. They knock on the door when they come to let me know that somebody is going in the backyard. I haven't compared their prices.

Their customer service people are good. Their work is top-notch.

I have used them for ten years. I dont know how to put into words how good the service is. I trust them to do there job even when I am not home.

It's a very good company. I would recommend them to anybody. I think the service I get for the price is average. They are very thorough. Their management is very reachable. I use them for my commercial property.

They come out once a month. They always combine their prices and bet, for the area they trap. They check in our termite traps. If I need to this would be the company I would be looking to use in the future.

We have worked with Eand G a lot. Phil comes out every time, and the service is very personal. They seem to really care. I would highly recommend Phil. In the past he has come to our home during the day to dispose of rats that were caught. I feel they go above and beyond.

They come and do their job. Sometimes, if something needs to be done, they will do it free of charge; they honor the contract. I would continue to use them in the future.

The house has been under contract with E & G for 6 years, every year I have had a termite outbreak. They blamed the problems on the type of construction and that the house sits low to the ground. I gave them the benefit of doubt because I have crawled under the house in the past and it is not a fun crawl. So, I stuck with them and had them come treat whenever I had a problem. This year was the last straw. The outbreak was worse than ever. It seemed as though with their treatment the termites were getting worse instead of better, so I finally called the LA dept of Ag as well as a few other local termite companies that I have used on other properties I own and have been very pleased with. Everyone agreed that little to nothing had been done when the house was initially put under termite contract and that E & G has just been spot treating the h*** out of my house causing the termites to go from one place to the next. I now have about $2000 worth of damage to the sills, framing and hardwood flooring that would not have been had the house been treated properly initially as well as the added expense of $3000 to get the house under termite contract with a company who is going to do their job and not just take my money and run. What they did is truly criminal, unfortunately the way termite contracts are written there is little I can do, so I wanted to voice my experience and save others from the trouble, headaches and expense of using this unprofessional, in my opinion criminally negligent company.

Before Katrina the service was excellent. Since Katrina, we are lucky if we get 3 inspections per year. In 2006, I gave them slack due to the lack of manpower and the overall trauma to everyone in the metro area. In 2007, I refused to pay full price and negotiated down to 1/2 price for our annual contract. This year (2008) we were inspected once in January and not again until June 3rd after my wife called and complained about the lack of service. I will be asking for 1/4 off of the annual fee this year.
