DL Cabinetry

After they installed the cabinets we noticed that they shorted us one cabinet. They told us that we had to go to a warehouse, an hour and half away, to pick out the granite top and then he said we were in the wrong place and we went to another warehouse where they were storing the counter tops outside.  We wanted the original countertops that we chose when we went to the store, if we can’t get that we want our money back and to cancel the job. We met with Bill and he said he would take care of it and get the counter tops that we wanted. They are supposed to come install another cabinet and the countertops. It was supposed to take them 2 days to put the cabinets in but it’s day 4 and they haven’t completed their work yet. They said they probably wouldn’t finish up until Saturday. or later The workers they sent out to do the installation don’t speak English and they just laugh when I try to talk to them so Bill is translating but he’s not here all the time to help.

The installer appeared on time and installed the granite counter.  No problems nor complications were incurred and he cleaned up the work area very professionally.  The workers were very professional and competent.
