It went great! Travis was super professional, friendly, and accommodating. The appointment was for 10am and he was very punctual. Not to mention, I called him on a Thursday afternoon and he made himself available the very next morning, which is impressive. It usually takes a few days to get a technician out! He even cut me a break (much appreciated) because I new it was the belt and had already taken the front and top of the dryer off so he could get in there easily. It literally took him MAYBE five minutes. Fantastic service! Will definitely call him next time something breaks down.

I called Travis on a Tuesday morning. He answered the phone and came out to assess the problem with our washer the same afternoon. After about 30 trying the get the washer to drain, Travis determined the water pump was not functioning. We agreed that he would return the following day and replace it. On Wednesday morning, Travis called me to come out that afternoon. He showed up at 3 and was finished in about 40 minutes. Travis was personable and professional. I would highly recommend his work.

Travis came by at 8:00 AT NIGHT !!! to check it out and found that it was a minor problem. He explained what caused it and was done very quickly. When I went to settle with him he said "How about $20.00?" WOW !! I was figuring it would be 3 or 4 times that because of the time of day and because that's the going rate these days. He also showed up with the part that he thought might be the problem but didn't automatically put it in and charge me for it. I was referred to him by my former repairman who is semi-retired and doesn't work on refrigerators anymore. Travis will definitely be my go-to person for all of my appliance repairs in the future. On top of all that, he is a Desert Storm vet and a pretty happy dude to boot !!

I called on a Thursday and made an appointment for the following Monday for a dryer repair. He was very pleasant on the phone. On Monday he did not show up. I called about an hour after the scheduled time to see if he was delayed on a previous job. He did not answer the phone so I left a message. He did not return my phone call either.

The overall experience was mixed. Our GE microwave suddenly stopped working. The repairman made two trips to the house, but was not able to repair the unit. On the first trip, he concluded that the problem was the control board which is rather expensive. He gave me the option of trying to get myself at a cheaper price and have him come back out to install it at no additional cost; I agreed to that and got GE to sell me the control board at a greatly recuced price.
The repairman came back out and installed the new control board, but the microwave still did not work. Either the control board wasn't the problem or the new control board was also bad. We agreed that I would contact GE again and he wanted to check on a couple of options himself.
I called GE and explained the situation and, although my unit was out of warranty, GE sent out a repairman of their own at no cost to me. It took him a while, but he found and fixed the problem, which was apparently a frayed wire. He did not charge me for his service call.
Although DeZarn did not fix the problem, I know he tried and believe that his service charge of $55 for two trips with a really tough problem to diagnose was reasonable.

I called for service on my dishwasher and refrigerator, Mr DeZarn scheduled an appointment for the following day. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived at the time scheduled. Mr DeZarn is friendly, courtesy, polite and knowledgeable. He checked for the least expensive repairs first, went out of his way to address all issues. I am very pleased with the service provided and the amount charged. He also gives a 90 day warranty on service and labor. I highly recommend that anyone needing appliance repair call Travis DeZarn.
