D&G Carpet Cleaning

IT WENT WELL, THE JOB WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND QUICKLY. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES THAT'S WHY I KEEP CALLING THEM BACK.

I have carpet on stairs and in a bedroom that hasn’t been cleaned in probably 8 years, and is over 17 years old. 2 dogs and 2 boys later, it was awful. I really did not expect them to come as clean as they did! D&G and Denzell did a wonderful job on such an old wreck of a carpet.

D&G have very professional crew. I called the company on a Saturday morning and they were able to fit me for the same day. Very great timing. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely use again.

I've been having my tile now for about 13 years and have never had it professionally cleaned. The two guys that come out were professional and hard working. My floor looks great! I would highly recommend this company.

I couldn't be happier with the results. Dan from D & G was friendly and helpful from the first time I spoke to him over the phone and didn't shy away from the natural fiber sofa like other companies I called. Due to the age of the stains and the sofa's color (white), he warned me that the stains likely wouldn't come out but was confident he could remove the cat urine smell. On the scheduled day, he and his assistant arrived on time and cleaned the sofa and bedroom carpet in just under two hours (and threw in steam cleaning another small bit of carpet I was using as a rug in another room). The bedroom carpet looked new when they finished; the stains were completely gone. Although the sofa cushion stain didn't come out completely, as Dan predicted, the odor from the cat urine was completely gone, which was my primary concern. They took two wool area rugs, both of which had strong dog urine odors, back to their facility for cleaning and returned them today. The rugs are like new. The colors are bright and, most important, the smell is gone. Dan could not have been friendlier or more professional throughout. He took my calls or returned them quickly if he was not available, and he explained the process to me and answered every question I had before the cleaning started. Maybe it's a minor point, but I was impressed that they arrived looking professional, neat and pressed in company shirts (and that they put paper booties over their shoes before coming into my house). I had to reschedule the initial appointment because I had a conflict and even though it was a bit last-minute, Dan was very accommodating. (He later had to reschedule due to an equipment problem but was very apologetic and gave me ample notice). The rug cleaning did take longer than estimated, but the result was worth the wait.

Very Professional and conscientious.  You get what you pay for and he will be my carpet cleaning person for future work.
