My only "complaint" (and it's probably my own fault for not understanding some of the verbiage used by Crescent's office manager) is that I somehow keep renewing my $100/year Spring/Fall contract when I had intended to stop using this service. The mistake I've made (3 times now) is accepting a scheduled visit -- thinking it was Visit #2 of a 2-part plan -- only to learn, when presented with the bill, that it was in fact Visit #1. The onus is on me (by extension, all customers) to monitor my calendar more carefully!
