His drywall work is excellent. His carpenter, Charles does great work with moldings. His floor crew left many ungrounded areas, uneven floor. He replaced the exterior door with a lessor quality and a paint that nearly rubs off. . The mahogany door was peeling within 9 months. The paint I requested from Lowes was probably thinned - not the quality I paid for. Thin paint on all the woodwork. I was left feeling I had been hoodwinked. Had a few conversations over coffee and I felt he was a good man, honest, proud which is why I left the entire job in his hands. Did a walk through with him pointing out many of the deficiency - never saw him again. He spent almost 8 weeks here. He was paid in full, cash, before the job was finished - a mistake you only make once in a lifetime. . He also "offered to replace" the exterior door and asked for 400.00 over the agreed price. I should note his drywall crew (from a previous job) were pleasant and professional.
