It took 3 days for hard-drive to arrive. They promptly installed it and downloaded most of the programs that were lost on the old hard-drive. They offered prompt courteous service. I had a problem finding a driver for my Wireless Network Antenna and called and asked if they could download one for me. They quickly downloaded it to a CD and called me to come get it. I have no complaints at all.
