I'll give them a little slack because I'm sure they hired temporary workers due to the huge demand after Hurricane Katrina. They did respond quickly to my pled for a roofer after waiting about 9 months to find anyone to redo the roof which was parlty blown off after Katrina. I greatly appreciated the company coming to my rescue but I think that response was because my co-worker's significant other was a major commercial customer of theirs and had requested they help me. The quality of the original roof was just average - split wood when nailing shingles and had to return to fix some areas that were not nailed down properly, have areas in attic where wood was split and broken off and not replaced. 5 years later, there is a leak /hole around one of the vents coming out of the roof because there is no covering/singles. I've called twice over the last 3 weeks to have them fix it and they have not yet returned one of the phone calls. We recently had a lot of rain and now I have a large stain on my ceiling and wet insulation in my attic.
