When I needed more questions answered a month after the inspection, he was on it for me.

Chris was ultimately professional and I think he did a good job (though this was my first time hiring a home inspector). However, many of my questions about the house weren't things he could answer. I would like an inspection guy to be just super on top of everything related to homes, rather than simply competent within the range of the profession of 'home inspector'. But he was honest and humble and his price was very competitive.
