I was introduced to Chris Smith via my mortgage broker, Rick Crozier. My situation was unique in that I was already living in the house I wanted to buy. I leased it in summer of 2016 knowing it may go on the market. Chris had experience in with my situation, and he steered the initial process beautifully and professionally. Calls, texts, and emails were returned promptly, and I never once felt dumb for asking questions about the process. Once Chris got me on the other side of inspections he placed me in the care of his assistant Jean McPhee who is an absolute gem. She was sweet, quick, and once again never made this first time home buyer feel foolish for not knowing more about the process. This team walked me through everything, every step. They have excellent contacts and recommendations for inspectors, post-inspection repairs, home warranty companies, etc. You name it, and they will help you sort it out. Friends kept telling me that buying a home was one of life's most stressful events, but this was surprisingly easy with my great real estate and mortgage teams. I'm happy to recommend Chris and Jean at Gardner Real Estate.
