Horrible! Scammer! Avoid David Diggs and Charged up. I hired him to rewire a property. Did not finish the job, a majority of what was done will need to be redone by a more competent Electrician. This guy should not be in this business. Will not answer calls or text, doesn't have the decency to explain himself or admit his incompetance. Will be telling every developer I know about this, hopefully, no one else gets duped by this Con.
